Sunday Yoga & Sauna

After a day on the hills or simply in preparation for the week ahead, join us for a Sunday afternoon session of warmth and relaxation. Enjoy an hour of restorative gentle yoga designed to prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation. Following the yoga session, unwind in traditional or far infrared saunas for 90 minutes of soothing warmth, alternating between sauna and cool-down periods. You will be primed to melt into your week feeling refreshed and centred!
