Winter Yoga & Sauna

Come in from the cold to the warmth and relaxation at The Lost Faucet. Join us 10am every Thursday to enjoy an hour of restorative gentle yoga designed to prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation. Following the yoga session, unwind in traditional or far infrared saunas for 90 minutes of soothing warmth, alternating between sauna and cool-down periods.
