Daily Retreat
Prepare your body and mind for the day ahead with a morning routine of gentle movements followed by sitting meditation. We will open with 2 or 3 minutes of breath work, 10 or 15 minutes of gentle movement, and then sit together until the half hour is up. Practiced consistently, these few minutes of daily mobility and meditation will dramatically change how you feel! Cultivate arousing qualities of energy and curiosity and stabilizing qualities of calm, concentration, and equanimity.

A dynamic whole-body practice combining tensegrity, somatic and traditional yoga postures, this class invites strength, mobility, and balance. Super accessible, no fancy pretzel shapes or headstands here, just fun, functional, mindful movement. Regular practice will have you feeling primed for all your activities, whether athletic pursuits, gardening, or picking up grandchildren!

Restorative Therapeutic
Roll into a state of deep relaxation in this grounding, slow moving class. Using props such as the back mitra, dowling, balls, and blankets to slowly unwind tension, you can expect to feel an overall sense of calm, improved circulation, range of motion, and stress relief for the body-mind-emotions. Tone and soothe your nervous system and leave with a body feeling like butter!

Yoga Nidra is a practice devoted to allowing your body and mind to rest deeply while your consciousness remains aware and awake. Using guided meditation and various relaxation and breathing techniques designed to soothe and calm the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety, practitioners can feel complete relaxation on all levels of your being.
