Private Sessions

Private sessions are offered in-person — in the comfort of your home, the Mindful Movement home-studio in Courtenay, BC, or a location of your choice — and via Livestream through various platforms.

We will begin with a conversation to discover your unique needs and then craft a custom session or ongoing plan to deepen your practice. Choose one-on-one sessions as a gift to yourself or share with a small group of friends and family for collective well-being and connection.

Group Classes

Public group classes are offered in various studio locations throughout the Comox Valley and Lowermainland and on-line over Zoom. See the schedule here. Sign up below to be notified about up-coming classes!

Public classes are great to foster community, so is gathering a group of your favourite people at a location that is special to you to have fun, move together, and deepen connection.

Book a session or ongoing sessions for your special events such as birthdays, weddings, book clubs, volunteer groups… there is no group that wouldn’t benefit from moving together!
