Summer Yoga and Sauna series at The Lost Faucet Sauna House. 1 hr of Restorative Gentle Yoga with Tanya Harmon followed by 1 hr of sauna time. Enjoy the dog days of summer with an hour of Gentle Yoga to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. Melt into the traditional or far infrared saunas for an hour of sauna/cool/rest/repeat.
